All products are supplied from Singapore.
Shipping methods, fees and delivery periods have not been configured yet. Shipping costs will be confirmed with you after you place an order.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items show an estimated arrival on their product page when known. For each pre-order, the store will confirm:
- Estimated arrival date
- Deposit or full payment requirements
- Cancellation conditions
- Stock confirmation status
Returns
The store's return conditions have not been published yet. Please contact us about any issue with your order.
How we look at different situations:
- Unopened products — handled according to the published return conditions.
- Opened blind boxes / mystery products — because contents are random, opened mystery items are generally not returnable for a different design. Returns on opened blind boxes are not guaranteed.
- Incorrect items — contact us with your order number and photos so we can review.
- Damaged items — contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
